Indian E-Commerce market is heating-up and Amazon.com is set to join Indian E-Commerce market to make fresh competition. According to a TOI report, Amazon.com is holding talks with various major Indian e-commerce players such as LetsBuy.com, Exclusively.in and Flipkart.com. But talks with these players for acquisitions are failed and Amazon.com is ready to start on it’s own.

Indian E-Commerce sector currently dominated by Ebay.in and Flipkart.com and few other brands. E-Commerce in India has huge potential and no existing players would willing to sell to major players such Amazon. Amazon is already setting up a warehouse in Mumbai, formed some 200+ peoples team and bought some 80,000 sq ft land in Chennai.
