
After the successful launch of A-Star and Ritz, Maruti Suzuki India is going to launch a new 2011 model of its popular hatchback Swift in Indian Market. Maruti’s all-new lighter, longer and more spacious 2011 New Swift went on sale in the UK in September, 2010 promising better dynamics, increased performance and improved CO2 emissions and economy. It is expected that Maruti Suzuki India is going to launch the new Swift in India in coming days. It will be powered by same petrol and diesel engines that powers the 2010 Swift. It will be available in atleat six variants.

- All new bigger and better looking head lamps
- All new peeled back tail lamps
- New round shaped fog lights
- New steering wheel with music/telephone controls
- New centre console with dash integrated music system
- New design for wheel covers/16″ alloy wheels for top variants
- New front and rear bumpers and New front grille
- Automatic climate control system
- Engine start/stop button (not confirmed for Indian market)
- New instrument cluster finished in silver and black
